Inspired of a friend and the embarrassment of having tourist know more about my city than I do. I’ve decided to take on a small project. I’ve gone to other cities and marveled at the great things they have to offer but living in New York, well, I’ve taken this city for granted. It’s time to marvel at what New York City has to offer, its culture, museums, restaurants, and the amazing people that have the guts to live in such a city. So this is the plan…

I’ve found this great little website: Livingsocial.com which lists the best of the best in the greatest cities. So along with them, the wonderful people at numerous search engines and the friends I’ll be hauling along with me. I will be documenting my experiences. Hopefully I’ll see what the millions of tourist see everyday, The magic that comes from just stepping onto this concrete jungle. I’m extremely excited so please check back often…
